Love Lives On

Those we love remain with us,
for Love itself lives on.
Cherished memories never fade;
because one loved is gone.

Those we love can never be
more than a thought apart,
for as long as there's a memory
they live on in our heart.

Think of her as living
in the hearts of those she touched,
for nothing loved is ever lost,
and she was loved so much.

Getting Tired

God saw that she was getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put his arm around her and whispered, "Come to Me". With tearful eyes we watched her and saw her pass away, although we loved her dearly we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us that He only takes the best.
