K. Dennis Fowler - generous and loyal husband, father, grandfather and friend

K. Dennis Fowler, died peacefully September 15, 2016 in Kirkland.  Denny, as he was affectionately called, was born January 3, 1940 in Seattle and was a lifetime resident of the area.  Denny married wife Lisa in 1961 and together they have lived in their Kirkland Holmes Pointe home raising their family for 45 years. 

Denny was a Fire Fighter for the Seattle Fire Department and was eventually an Arson Investigator for the Department at the time of his retirement in 1992.  In his retirement, Denny enjoyed traveling, gardening and being challenged by his daily crossword puzzles. 

Denny is survived by his wife Lisa and their daughters Jennifer Fowler Johnson (Blake), Erin Burke (John), Denise Knapp, eight grandchildren and his sister Joyce Messe.  As a husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend Denny was generous, loyal and willing to compromise which served him well throughout his lifetime.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

FUNERAL INFORMATION

A Celebration of Life service for Denny is planned on Monday September 26th at 11:00 AM at Unity of Lynnwood, 16727 Alderwood Mall Parkway, Lynnwood, WA98037.
