Shiny blue eyes, crystal clear
Gathered memories to fill the years.
Life was simple and often hard
But love was always there to heal the heart.

Your gentle spirit, it held me tight
Carried me softly throughout my life.
Quiet laughter and hidden tears
Your love was always there to calm my fears.

Wishin for time
Wanting another day before goodbye

Wishin for a moment to hold your gentle hands
Wishin for a way to see your face again
Wantin to say how much I love you
And hear you say my name again
