Cheryl F. Wopperer

February 25, 1951 - March 13, 2021

Cheryl F. Wopperer of Everett, WA passed away peacefully on March 13th, 2021 surrounded by her children and siblings. She is the beloved widow of Conrad D. Wopperer, and survived by her three children and their spouses; Mary and Peter Meischke, Dawn and Robert Joao, and Joseph “Joey” and Tara Collard; along with her adored grandchildren Darren, Noah, Lincoln and Chiara; and her much-loved siblings and their families; Barry and Valerie Newsom and son David Newson, Wayne and Eileen Newsom and daughters Katrina and Jacqueline, and Dorothy Jo Newsom Kroll and her children Aren, Elizabeth, Abigail and Brianna. Although socializing was difficult in her later years, Cheryl continued to fondly remember her many close friends.

Born in Kodiak, AK, Cheryl moved to Seattle as a young adult before living the majority of her 70 years in Brier, WA. In her youth, Cheryl enjoyed time at the beach and later was renown among friends for her festive events. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend who enjoyed time with her small poodles and creating ceramic arts, and was a talented painter.

A celebration of life service will be held at a future date. We are very grateful to Providence Hospice Care of Snohomish County for their support.
