Preston McAllister Pew

1943 – October 5, 2021

Preston (also known as Pres or Mac) passed quietly at his home on 10/5 at the age of 78, knowing he was loved by his family and friends.

Mac attended Gonzaga University, getting his BA in Theology and Literature. He joined ROTC while at the University and went on to service in the Army and Army Reserves as a Lieutenant. Preston taught and coached at Bishop Blanchet for 42 years and was inducted into the Bishop Blanchet High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Preston was a great sport, photography, rock hounding, aviation and stamp collecting enthusiast.

Preston leaves sister Ann, brothers Pat/Nancy, Paul/Teresa, nieces and nephews, 1 great nephew and 2 great nieces. Preston is proceeded in death by sister Mary, brother William, nephew Jonathan “Jono” and his parents Harry and Jean Pew.

FUNERAL INFORMATION

His ashes will be interned 10/29/2021 at 12 pm Holyrood Cemetery Shoreline, no formal service is planned. Memorial information will be announced.
